From February 2018 is Artistic Director of the Center for Contemporary Creation Matadero Madrid. From 2012 to 2018 was Head of Exhibitions and Director of Cultural Activities at Center of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona (CCCB). At the CCCB, she was the impetus behind a new line of projects that, under the name Beta Series, combined artistic and cultural creation with scientific research and social innovation, as “Big Bang Data” (2014-2015), “Human+: The Future of Our Species” (2015-2016) and “After the End of The World” (2017-2018). As a curator she has focused her research on and written about Russian art and culture of the 20th and 21st centuries, with highlights including interdisciplinary exhibitions and the publication of Red Cavalry, Creation and Power in Soviet Russia between 1917 and 1945, (Casa Encendida, Madrid, 2011).
